  While acting as Director of Academic Solutions Learning Center, my day-to-day responsibilities were to direct end-to-end management operations pertaining to 150 students, 25 part-time teachers, and three full-time staff members.I also provided updates on learning objectives by planning, organizing, and leading parent conferences. My role here was to craft all-inclusive tutoring schedules for teachers and students. I played a pivotal role in the creation of academic presentations series within the community for all grade levels.Some of my key accomplishments associated with this job role include:• Developed and established Academic Solutions Learning Center from the ground up.• Administered all financial operations involved in billing, advertisement, and insurance for $500k.• Enabled process improvement by conducting school visits and deploying classroom teachers' feedback.I have some additional experiences: I served as Director for Huntington Learning Center and was accountable for administering the learning center with 140 students and updating parents on learning goals.For Appalachian State University, I performed as a Graduate Teaching & Research Assistant, and my responsibilities were to improve skill set and learning competencies of freshmen by teaching 101 and 102 level Political Science.During my tenure as a Sales Associate at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, I was able to cultivate strong relationships with company representatives while coordinating with corporations on long-term leasing programs.These were all great opportunities for me to accelerate my career growth.
