Senior Help Desk Support
Current- Assisted with the successful integration of an acquired firm into our systems;
- Integral part of the creation and roll out of a new service desk system to the entire firm;
- Took over inventory, and WDS Imaging and capture responsibilities;
- Provide remote and in-person support and individualized tutorials for end-users;
- Conduct Information Technology training for new users;
- Installation, Troubleshooting, and maintenance for both hardware and software programs in multiple departments;
