On temporary assignment for Pertemps, my role included contractor management, health and safety documentation for 7 sites (two offices, five depots), Windows 7 Business Champion, pool car and resource management and dealing with day to day customer requests with following the procedures laid down by the Environment Agency.

Providing Health & Safety paperwork including RAMS and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires. Finished to avoid a conflict of interest working for the Environment Agency.

Working on the St Catherine's Walk project in Carmarthen I maintain all the architectural and design drawings, along with the Portal they are stored on. I also assist with process redesign. I sit on the Simons Group Council, which strives to improve working conditions, procedures and processes for staff as well as giving them a collective voice within the company.

Starting as a part-time Sales Adviser in PC World I quickly moved into the Business Centre dealing with corporate customers and relationship management. I then became Standards Supervisor taking over responsibility from the Assistant Manager for certain store operations (stock management, quality assurance and process design) and running a team of 4 members of staff tasked with stock replenishment and store appearance.
