As CIO, I was responsible for all facets of technology, including strategy, applications and application development, infrastructure, information security and audit, support and execution. My main objective was to empower Beeline’s client base with an innovative, easy to use, safe, and reliable workforce management technology services and solutions. My primary areas of focus included customer and employee-facing applications, business intelligence, infrastructure, client and internal integrations, information security and audit, and various third-party applications. I worked closely with all other Beeline business divisions to ensure effective solutions were delivered on time and within expectations of our clients. I oversaw a staff of more than 150 employees in US, Europe, and Asia. Additionally, I served as the technology liaison between Beeline and its parent company Adecco.

Responsible for the strategy and execution of all infrastructure, applications, information security and audit, DevOps, client integrations, and technical operations. My main objective was to empower Beeline’s client base with a standardized, high performance, cloud based technology hosting service. My primary areas of focus included customer and employee-facing applications, infrastructure, client and internal integrations, information security and audit, and various third-party applications. Optimized the cost benefit of the infrastructure to support the growing needs of the business and applications. I oversaw a staff of more than 60 employees in US, Europe, and Asia.

Responsible for the technical integration and conversion of Chimes client deployments into Beeline post acquisition. Responsible for all legacy infrastructure, information security and audit, DevOps, client integrations, and technical operations. My main objective was to work with new Beeline clients and legacy Chimes clients to successfully transition to the Beeline CWS solutions. I supported the full lifecycle from sales and client support through successful project completion and steady state operations.
