I led this dynamic hotel management company through its rapid growth period. I was responsible for all aspects of the business consisting of 3 corporate offices, management contracts for 119 hotels under a variety of Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Radisson and Choice brands in 33 states and one province generating revenues of $400M USD with a team of 3,500 Supporters.

I served as a director and committee member through a high growth period from prior to IPO until I accepted the position of president of ONE Lodging Management, the external management company.

I led a team of 6 senior leaders which offered a full slate of branding services to 40 franchised, full-service hotels in Western North America. Managed 12 properties, 6 of which were corporately-owned with 1,000+ Ambassadors.

In this role, I led a team of 9 senior leaders responsible for the day to day operations for 160 hotels across Canada under Fairmont, Delta, Hilton, IHG, Radisson and Choice brands generating $580M in revenue with a total team of 10,000 employees with a capital budget of $40+M.
