Contribute to migration and implementation of a new stack (Astro/Strapi, BigCommerce) and site re-designs. Maintain and fix major bugs in legacy site code as sole developer of legacy stack (PHP/Laravel/Vue) on web team. Take on additional responsibilities, learn new stack, re-focus on frontend as team and business needs evolve. Prioritize and support customers and internal clients with issues in a timely manner. Implement UI/UX from design that is ADA/WCAG AA 2.1+ compliant. Work with design, content, marketing and sales teams to implement solutions to business needs. Write documentation for marketing and content teams to use content management systems. Engage in best practices for secure and clean code, code reviews/pull requests; support team members.

Hire and oversee orchestra, music staff and department budget. Oversee and distribute the daily rehearsal schedule, involving 100+ personnel in up to 6 productions under time-sensitive pressure. Formulate the performance and production calendars. Coordinate technical needs for orchestra pit, concerts and special events. Create and proof content for playbills, brochures and website. Procure licensing for stage and concert works. Oversee preparation of orchestra parts and supertitles. Schedule auditions.
