Responsible for:- Ensure invoice and its supporting documents are complete for bookkeeping.- Analyze and record vendor's invoice related journals.- Submit checked and recorded invoice to Finance for payment.- Generate, monitor, and maintain monthly detail of account reports.- Handle vendor invoice related data requests.Some of my contributions for company are:- Successfully settled 100% long outstanding transactions in the span of 1 year.- Performing an 100% on-time reports' submission rate.- Proposed changes in document saving method that will reduce time to access document up to 200%.

In charge of handling Accounts Receivable (AR) position in Puri Indah Financial Tower (PIFT).Responsible for:- Preparing invoices and ensuring all documents are complete before delivered to tenants.- Generate weekly and monthly aging reports.- Monitor company's accounts receivable and perform collection.- Maintain and update accounts receivable files.- Handle tenants' inquiries and receivable data requests.Some of my contributions for company are:- During pandemic, successfully maintain outstanding of accounts receivable under 5%.- Collect around 40% of long outstanding accounts receivable in under 2 years- Consistently achieved an 100% on-time submission rate for weekly and monthly reports.
