 Led efforts of 24 professionals including; Information Technology Staff, Aviation Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, and Graphic Artists. Executed key project management processes and tools to efficiently manage $3.5M annual firm fixed price contract resulting in a positive ROI. Simultaneously managed, monitored, and controlled three separate and distinct projects involving P-3C, P-8A, and Post Graduate Weapons School computer based training development for the customer. Identified and assessed risks across three assigned projects. Developed contingency plans to ensure continued operations in the event scheduled work deviated from baseline. Directed contract efforts and consistently increased efficiency from project initialization through completion of six naval squadron transitions from P-3C aircraft to P-8A aircraft. Utilized constant process improvement techniques. Developed detailed task lists, work effort assessments, and resource allocation plans during the updating of eight major software iterations and 17 content version updates for customer critical system. Planned inventory, configuration management and created tracking system for all new deliverables.  Established the Carley Corporation P-8A R&M division to meet new contract requirements. Managed contract from inception to close out at contract end. Initiated and completed process to convert 200 instructor-built exams from Net Support School software to Kreus development engine based exams. Trained and expanded knowledge base of Kreus development engine for all workers.  Served as sole administrator for P-8A LMS Master Syllabus, VP-30 site and Integrated Training Center LMS. Oversaw the Foreign National database and access restrictions.  Identified security restriction deficiencies and ensured the U.S. Navy remained within authorized release protocols for Foreign National Instructors working within a government classified secret network. Designed process improvement for Full Rate Production (FRP) work. This required concurrent development and revision, along with maintenance work between external contractors and the customer.

 Built and implemented six Multi-Phase Master Instructor Student Guides (self-initiated). Established master inventory MS Access database for all Patrol Squadron Thirty courseware. Completed a detailed front-end analysis of foreign government courseware. An invitation to participate as the Subject Matter Expert throughout the completion of all project-related courseware followed.
