Created strong content through video and picture ads throughout the web. • Creative Campaigns: Produced monthly campaigns though online media that produced 60 new customers in a three month campaign (Avg. customer: spent $8,200) Fees & Tuition. Results were tracked through verifiable date through rail numbers and an online system through Mastik media. • Excellent Communication. Struggling with complaints about communication, helped improve communications by scheduling communications through multiple avenues. Email, Social Media and newsletter campaign.

Scope of Responsibility; in an effort to expand into the Catholic schools space, created a strong online web presence by designing an updated website for both the parish and school. Pushing our brand as one parish school was able to boost our company’s exposure on google by using search engine optimization tactics. • Project Expertise: Recruited by the founder and CEO, was given a 3 month deadline to design and create a landing page, a parish website, and a school website for a re-launch. Completing the design and execution under the deadline, the design was successfully used for six years. • Creative Thinker & Innovator: In 2010 the registration and teaching software was failing the needs of schools need for expansion. Called upon to improve our software in a cost effective way, created and lead the effort by creating an online registration, financial and teaching software that is currently being used by the school eight years later.

Fully managed two budgets totaling 5.9 million, while making a $235,000 dollar profit in one year. • Business Excellence: Best business practices were not formalized. Assembled a strategy to implement the best business practices according to the requirements and the needs of our diocese. Within two weeks, came to full compliance without adding any additional costs or employees. • Special project: $8.5 Million dollar Building Project: called upon to lead the financial effort for the new building expansion project, established pricing, planning, and led execution of all financial transactions under the projected 8.9 Million budget.

Scope of Responsibility; with a proven record of leadership and customer service skills, was promoted to Assistant Business Manager in 2013. Cleaning up the customer accounts, process for debt collection and payroll, and lead the business office in expanding the productivity by integrating the latest technology. • Accounting production improvement: inaccuracies in reporting and penalties for late reporting frustrated the finance board. Developed and personally implemented strategic plan to make accurate six months of backlogged accounting. After a two month period, was able to bring the company backup to State and Archdiocesan regulations.• Exceptional Debt Collector: In an effort to reduce our bad debt expense, created a multi-step plan that reduced our debt expense to 0.010% from $3,750,000 annual revenue.

Scope of Responsibility; needing leadership in the office, I was recruited to enforce and implement rules and regulations within the office and the six employees over the three departments. While handling customer service complaints, was able to improve the health of the business through positive listening and communication skills. • Efficiency Excellence: Built an efficiency strategy for operations, created, and implemented the first ever daily agenda used at all levels of Business. Productivity increased 25% within the 2nd week of implementation. • Customer Service Improvement: After multiple complaints about the office, was able to build a positive work environment, by getting employees and colleagues to focus on the health of the organization through the mission of the company. Giving tips and tricks of how to speak with customers, helped reduce customer service complaints by 50%.
