Responsible for developing and executing major campaigns focused on membership growth and retention, donor stewardship, recruitment, sustained giving strategies, corporate sponsorship as well as OFAH branding/corporate messaging;Leads the development and implementation of the OFAH Revenue Generation Plan. Responsible for the development and marketing of OFAH conservation education programs;Worked directly with hundreds of OFAH youth members and adult volunteers in developing a strong network of OFAH youth conservation clubs and grassroots outdoor initiatives;Travelled throughout Ontario to speak with various agencies, service organizations, schools and conservation clubs to promote fish and wildlife issues, outdoor heritage and volunteer engagement.Responsible for the recruitment and service of OFAH member clubs through “cold-call” introduction, club presentations and special club program delivery and awareness at the grassroots level.Conducted province-wide “club tours” with presentations to hundreds of local fish and game associations, volunteer committees and conservation fundraising events across the province.
