I have strong M&A experiences - I worked or co-worked on acquisitions of 12 advisory companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia (at ETL Global, Moore Stephens,..) in the field of tax, law, audit, accounting and valuation. My career as tax manager or tax partner in the past (ETL Services CZ, BDO, Moore Stephens) includes more than 20 years of experience in providing tax and accounting advisory services with experience in corporate taxes, transfer pricing, international taxation and cooperation with lawyers. Dramatic change awaits this industry in the near future and I strive to learn the opportunities and challenges associated with the arrival of increasing digitalization, RPA, LLM, chatbots, ChatGPT and whatever the future holds for this industry. I regularly lecture at the Faculty of Accounting at the Prague University of Economics. I am interested in the area of Corporate governance, Audit committees, Taxes. I was member of the Executive Committee of the Czech Chamber of Chartered Certified Accountants (2011-2014 and then as Deputy Chairman of this Chamber 2020-2021). OFounder of the “ČSOB Czech Tax Advisor & Tax Firm of the Year” recognizing the best tax professionals and tax authorities. I have organized this award in the Czech Republic (2010-2015) and sold this competition to Wolters Kluwer in 2015. I am now Chairman of jury.
