With over 4 million global players, it has collaborated with some of the best brands in the world including Gucci, adidas, Puma, Manchester City and more. Aglet is the first product from Onlife Inc.Led the Live Operations, Marketing, Content, Communications Strategy, Socials and Customer Support teams and (begrudgingly) oversaw Merch/ Hard Goods with an additional focus on Brand, Marketing Solutions/ Brand Activation and Business Development.

Saveurvape is a leading manufacturer and distributor of products for the vaping/ electronic cigarette industry. Joined in late 2015 and took on a leadership role in reorganizing and growing the business. Took an ownership position and became Chief Sales Officer in 2016. Built up sales and marketing infrastructure from scratch: implemented a CRM, created processes and procedures for the full sales funnel, hired a sales and marketing team, built company culture, developed sales pitches, and managed the customer service department. Assumed additional role as Chief Marketing Officer in late 2018 to facilitate building an online DTC business to offset the challenges in the US wholesale vapor market with a focus on influencer marketing, SEO and superior service. Core member of the Esquire Network executive launch team, helping to guide the development of the brand, network and show launches as well as the overall direction and the transition from G4/style to Esquire.Responsible for digital content and strategy for the Esquire Network brand and shows, inspiring men to watch and love the network. Oversight of content for EsquireTV.com, Esquire Network's social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Google+) and digital distribution to video services from YouTube to Hulu to (set-top box) VOD and TVE platforms. Successfully built a social following for Esquire Network across all platforms in excess of 7MM fans. Provided leadership, strategy and oversight of original digital video production, promotion and publishing. Created and leveraged relationships with vendors and partners to provide for innovative and effective brand engagement, video views and tune-in opportunities. Partnered with Hearst Digital to create a shared video platform and digital experience, bringing the full resources of both Hearst and NBCUniversal to bear to create greater engagement with both the magazine and network iterations of the Esquire brand.Oversaw design, user-experience, project management and development for web and applications for Esquire Network with a special focus on responsive design and technologies that speak to the modern man and his digital habits.Oversaw a team of 14 and effectively and prudently managed operational and capital expenditure budgets in excess of $6MM annually.Worked with sales groups to create and execute custom partnerships that provided opportunities for our clients to reach the modern man across TV, magazine, Esquire.com and EsquireTV.com.

Responsible for non-linear content strategies and production for the network, including: Internet (G4tv.com), Broadband (YouTube, Hulu, etc.), Podcasting, Video On Demand (VOD) and Mobile. Managed team of 25 including design, product development and planning, user experience, content, programming, and execution of all new media platforms (including pitches and pilots for original web series). Worked with sales executives and marketing teams to develop, execute and maximize integration opportunities, helping to bring G4tv.com to break-even and driving significant improvements in social media and SEO both at G4tv.com and within the broader Comcast Entertainment Group. Directly responsible for pitching and executing millions of dollars in online sponsorship and partnership programs with clients such as Activision, Dell, Electronic Arts, Ford, Microsoft, and Sony.
