• Responsible for the daily operations to insure a safe, efficient and cost effective operation in a highly professional and customer oriented environment.• Development, submittal and approval process for the CGF business budget in collaboration with the President and accounting department/CPA firm.• Responsible for Human Relations management. • Develop, implement and train site specific policies and procedures for the FBO, which are consistent with the overall philosophy in our corporate vision. • Contracts, Lease and Insurance Compliance: Responsible for all negotiation, procurement and ongoing management of customer agreements, vendor contracts and insurance requirements to include property, liability and Worker Compensation. • Responsible for the CGF FBO procurement activities, budget monitoring and appropriate approvals.• Sales and Marketing: Assist the Marketing Manager with information, strategies and visits to current and potential client corporate offices. • Monitor and approve any capital expenditures for the business in accordance with the limits established by President. • Develop and implement a strategic and operational plan for the FBO that addresses: mission, quality improvement, financial performance, market assessment and analysis and human resource management.• Achieve a financial performance and market share that is the local marker leader and subsequently, a regional or national market leader.• Responsible for safety audits and inspections, review incidents/accidents, making appropriate changes, file accident reports.• Manage inventories, making true up adjustments as needed.• Serve as leasing agent for company. Manage building leasing, tenant improvements, and marketing.• Ensure that all applicable FAA, OSHA, Environmental, labor, and company policies, regulations and procedures are followed/enforced.• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly accounting, fuel accounting, and P&L to ensure profitability.
