Successfully created market strategy, partnered with key contacts and tracked down all necessary components to build relationships and feature our products on Extreme Makeover Home Edition on ABC, Trucks TV! on Spike, American Hot Rods with Boyd Coddington on Discovery Channel, West Coast Customs on Discovery Channel Velocity and Jay Leno’s Garage.

Created nationally recognized products through media, websites, catalogs and dealer networks. Having personally designed easy to recognize logos, presentation packages, literature and apparel along with creating a theme consistent with that in our building locations.

Created numerous components that were industry first such as all steel cast trolleys, bolt-together crane system. Also designed numerous crane components with an industry leading 10:1 safety factor creating a product line that is second to none in the industry

Worked on designing and researching new products through SolidWorks. Working hand-in-hand with the CAD department to facilitate building unique and innovative products. Also worked with local universities, testing labs and engineers to strength test concepts and prototypes prior to implementing into full production.

Successfully landed numerous global accounts including Fastenal, Grainger, McMaster-Carr, Global Industrial, Tennequip and Summit Racing. Manage internal sales and coordinating customer relations through Goldmine software. Built a nationwide dealer network consisting of over 200 crane dealer locations along with more than 3,000 catalog store locations.

Developed and implemented processes to streamline production operations saving valuable man hours in creating goods. Created tracking methods for orders and status updates along with creating work flow patterns to create efficiency in the work place.

Located and made purchase agreements on surplus goods at discounted rates to create a optimized working environment. Sourced and established relationships with all key vendors for the product lines I represent. Creating a better, more efficient product lead times while reducing labor investment and implemented cost cutting measures while increasing profits.

Managed inventory levels based upon previous data gathered through sales past and forecasting. Pull production orders through the process to create JIT inventory levels.

Designed and developed www.snaptrac.com, www.kundel.com, www.kundelcranes.com, www.kundel-shields.com. Created storylines and sourced freelancers to create promotional videos. Sourced, managed and coordinated freelance photographers from different regions of the US to gather images for marketing purposes.
