In my role as the Director of Programs and Operations at Techforward Tanzania, I am responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of our technology-driven initiatives. My focus is on leveraging digital innovations to empower communities and drive sustainable development across Tanzania.

Directed the technology division, driving strategic initiatives and overseeing project portfolios.Formulated and implemented technology strategies that supported business objectives and growth.Managed relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Led the development and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.

To Identify and implement field-proven technology solutions used in programs and develop effective technology products and services that can be shared widely for consumption/adoption during the response in Ukraine and Poland.

To support establishing and leading the Country Office Technology for Development (T4D) that aims to work across functions and projects to gain inputs and support for T4D initiatives.

Work with the Humanitarian team to identify relevant data sets currently utilized by awards team and programme staff to monitor programme progress, generate reports and assessments for projects.
