Dear all:My name is Robert Kao (Wei-Ze Kao). I got my master’s degree in chemical engineering from NTUST. Being a self-motivated, progress-driven, and extroverted person, I am an astute problem-solver capable of prioritizing and manage complex projects with proficiency. With a background in chemical engineering and cooperating with TSMC in an industry-academia plan, I believe I will bring value to your company.In my two-year master life, I honed my abilities about semiconductor and learned many analytical instruments. I enjoy gaining new knowledge and technique with a motivated spirit. Therefore, I underwent a series of ESCA training by PHI inclusive of XPS, AES, UPS, LEIPS...et cetera, so surface analysis is one of my expertise and I'm also a qualified user of ESCA in NTUST now. Moreover, in order to reduce the processing data time, I participated in Python training course and got certified in NTU. Because of my personalities, I've proven to be effective with proficiency in collaboration and collaborative work.
