CurrentI am a Product Manager and Technical Lead at HSO, responsible for ensuring the success of an ISV solution in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. As the product manager, I am responsible for ensuring that the solution is up to industry standards and best practices, and that new features are delivered in a timely manner. This involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and feedback, and collaborating with the development team to prioritize and implement new features.In addition to my role as product manager, I am also the technical lead. This involves reviewing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) to ensure technical feasibility, managing development teams to ensure high-quality code and timely delivery, and applying platform updates to the Dynamics 365 Finance environments. I work closely with our customers to ensure that all customizations and integrations are strong and up to standard, and provide technical guidance and support to other team members.Overall, my role at HSO is focused on leveraging my expertise in both product management and technical leadership to deliver a high-quality ISV solution that meets the needs of our customers and exceeds industry standards.**sa.global’s former Iceland/US operations were acquired by HSO January 2021**
