I was hired by Adweek to help drive product and technology development with the goal of doubling subscription revenue at Adweek. Also hired to work closely with the editorial and business teams on product development, digital transformation projects, and newsletter products to grow overall revenue.

I was recruited to develop, implement and transform this traditional media company into a leading B2B digital media competitor. With $500K P&L, I led 20 team members to grow the online business >220% to $4.5M (1/3 of total company revenue) within 8 years. My teams reimagined the brand strategy, content, production operations, audience development and lead generation platforms. I also drove the integration with Stagnito Business Information and positioned the company for a successful acquisition by private PE firm.

Originally hired as the Editor-in-Chief to drive the company’s digital transformation for the Communication Systems Design (CSD) division, I was promoted multiple times as Editor-in-Chief of larger divisions. I led 18 team members to create 8 revenue-generating brands, and one of the company’s largest brands (with >500K monthly views) with $13M in sales. After leading the digital transformation of several divisions, I was one of top 3 performing editors within the Electronics’ group. Before leaving UBM, I helped evaluate and restructure the RFID business.
