With over 17 years of experience in the WHS field, I have a Masters in Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma in Management and a Diploma in Work, Health and Safety (WHS) from Universities and Educational Institutions, as well as multiple certifications and publications in WHS.I am passionate about creating a culture where safety principles become a business as usual practice, and ensuring all work colleagues return home in the same health that they left for work. Under my leadership, the Group has successfully established and expanded its offerings to include WHS consultancy, recruitment, contracting, training, and membership services, creating a unique and differentiated value proposition in the market. I lead an empowered team of highly qualified and experienced WHS professionals, who have delivered outstanding results for our clients, such as increasing user retention, reducing injury rates, and improving compliance. I have also contributed to the WHS field through multiple publications, awards, and speaking engagements.
