About Robert Keil

Working with people and problem solving are two of my passions. The ever-changing EFT industry, particularly the ATM, Debit and Credit processing segment, is a great place where I can use my skills to that effect.It is very enjoyable to manage a team of extremely talented sales professionals and assist them in reaching their goals. At the same time it is a pleasure to work with hundreds of FI clients and providing them with the Payment processing solutions they need to meet the expectations of the account holders.Over the years I have had responsibility for Sales, Relationship Management, Sales Support, Product Development and Marketing. I have personally grown and managed a national sales organization with over 70 team members and driven hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue growth. I know what it takes to build a successful team from how hiring the right talent, to training them, organizing them and inspiring them to great results.My career began in Germany where I grew up with the Dresdner Bank AG and built my knowledge in the financial services industry. When I moved to the United States I became an entrepreneur and operated a commercial cleaning franchise that I successfully sold three years later.Eventually I returned to the corporate financial services world. I a proud to say that I was able to exceed my goals every year I worked in a sales function.
