After working 37 years at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise in several international (management) functions my current EMEA project management role has been made redundant due to a reorganization and shift of work to low labor countries.This is making me available for new new challenges in Project, Program or Management functions.

Within the EMEA CSC I'm responsible to manage the European Project managers working on improvement projects for the CSC. Projects range from process changes, quality improvement projects new tool implementations, new product introductions to change of subcontractor partners and telephony adjustments.I'm also responsible to manager the CSC plan of Record making sure our prpject management resources are spend on the most critical projects. I link in with counterparts in the other worldwide regions, Global roles and all the EMEA Subregional operations managers.

Within the GSC EMEA i have the tower responsibility for the delivery of Mission Critical services. This is a program role that includes all elements if the GSC delivery ranging from delivery readiness, capacity planning, process design, organizational setup, delivery controll to new services introduction for the GSC delivery ,organization. In this role I work together with my peers from Asia Pacific and America, with global delivery readiness and project organzations and all missin Critical delivery leads in the EMEA countries.

Manager of the HP Solution Center for the German, Austrian and Swiss (DACH) countries located in various locations in these countries.The total number of HP employees in my reporting line and servicing our customers based on support contracts is around 130. The services mainly include remote Hardware and Software trouble shooting trying to solve as many problems remotely or else diagnosing the cause of issues and proposing the correct parts for on-site repairs. This is mainly done for Mission Critical customers and some of the larger accounts.Besides this I have the responsibility for the DACH PC and Printer support that is subcontracted.
