Development of a real-time data acquisition system using National Instruments cRIO devices. Implemented to monitor and control relays within the system which represented transmission lines from an energy source, to a substation and to system loads. Monitored voltage and current of the system from various points. Controlled the relays wirelessly via ZigBee devices and the cRIO Ethernet connection to a local personal computer.
