- Consolidation of global L&D practices and standardization of policies, tools, and learning systems.- Deployment of language training programs for overseas branches.- Co-organize quarterly HR global meetups.

- Planning and coordinating a diverse range of language programs and resources for 2000 domestic employees.- Managing employee Language proficiency with regular nationwide testing.- Coordinating the producing original in-house language learning materials and publications.- Organising English Language-related events, competitions, seminars, and workshops.- Running and maintaining an internal English language communication portal.

- Sales Promotion and Marketing assistance for overseas branches.- Translation of Japanese Product and New Technologies material.- Design and Management of internal website portfolio for overseas operations

- English instruction as main and support role in Elementary, Junior-High and High Schools.- All-grades curriculum planning, scheduling, and delivery.- Business English Program instructor for intensive evening courses at major Toyota Group Companies and related organizations in the Chubu region.
