As part of central technology delivery, I delivered multiple projects for various owned or partnered telco operators across Europe including UPC (CH), Telenet (NL) and Virgin Media (UK)I managed the Advanced Advertising (AVAD) Programme delivering targeted advertising solutions for IP VOD, Linear and OTT to multiple territories throughout Europe. I also led the Real Time Subscription Project delivering an integrated set top box software application introducing a new revenue channel for UPC Switzerland. I was responsible for day to day project management activities including interfacing between internal centralised teams in the Netherlands and local teams in Switzerland, as well as technology vendors and partners to ensure full alignment and optimum delivery of the project.

Working with Functional Managers within the business to ensure resources are allocated. Monitoring and control of the project finances (contingency, cost to complete, profit take). Monitoring and control of all project work packages to ensure they are delivered on time and to cost, and identify early deviations from the agreed baseline plan; Reporting up to C-level. I was heavily involved in pre-sales activity for new and existing customers and other contractual management for my projects.

Programmes included Sky News Operations Centre migration including deployment of the uncompressed video over IP network, Live Content Delivery transition to IP, Uplink Systems Refresh and targeted advertising - Sky AdSmart.I managed a number of different teams working in both waterfall and agile methodologies in both internal and external software development and infrastructure deployments.
