• Monitor calls on a regular basis to ensure client and company standards are met and observed.• Attend Quality calibrations with Clients to ensure that a standard process is observed and maintained.• Facilitates internal calibrations to maintain accuracy among specialists and ensure that a standard understanding of the guidelines is observed.• Provide Trending reports based on raw collected data to identify trends, areas of development and potential recommendations for improvement.• Attend Technical Calls and disseminate information to the team regarding technical updates and issues on a weekly basis.• Scrubbing raw data for reports requiring specific information gathered through regular quality evaluations.• Provide survey analysis to identify root cause and recommendations to Operations on how to provide excellent customer service.• Conducts Quality roll-out to new hires.• Conducts or assists in training intern/interim quality specialists.• Ensures quality updates are disseminated throughout the team.
