• Monitor calls on a regular basis to ensure client and company standards are met and observed.
• Attend Quality calibrations with Clients to ensure that a standard process is observed and maintained.
• Facilitates internal calibrations to maintain accuracy among specialists and ensure that a standard understanding of the guidelines is observed.
• Provide Trending reports based on raw collected data to identify trends, areas of development and potential recommendations for improvement.
• Attend Technical Calls and disseminate information to the team regarding technical updates and issues on a weekly basis.
• Scrubbing raw data for reports requiring specific information gathered through regular quality evaluations.
