The lead a Cyber Security team with responsibility to ensure appropriate cyber security governance and measures in place to meet customer contractual and business-mandated cyber security requirements. Drive business-wide cyber security initiatives improving the company’s overall security posture. Interface with all levels of the organization, including Executive and external customers. Responsible to implement ISO 27001:2013, CIS Critical Security Controls, NIST 800-171 and NN-801 compliance.

Global Security Manager (2009-2012) - Created a repeatable, sustainable and documented global security program from scratch including functional standards, processes and procedures. - Increased organizational efficiency by implementing a strategic plan to converge the information and physical security functions into a single team. - Planned, implemented and managed a three million dollar plus annual security budget spanning more than 70 locations in over 25 different countries. - Conducted an average of 15 global merger and acquisition integrations and new security system installations annually with no business disruption. - Saved over 20% on managed security services by conducting a global Request For Proposal (RFP) spanning 43 sites in over 25 countries.. - Reduced security system false alarms by over 3200%, allowing the security staff to monitor and take action on actual system alarms. - Maintained a security system up-time of over 99.99% over a three year period.Security Analyst (2003-2009) - Created an International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant policy, process and procedures for transmitting, storing and handling classified government data. - Managed Information Technology portion of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program and annual audits from KPMG that resulted in no material deficiencies. - Developed an electronic discovery (e-discovery) and computer forensic program supporting litigation hold requests saving over $100,000 annually.IT Architect (1999-2003) - Designed the implementation and migration strategy for deploying Microsoft Active Directory as the core corporate directory and authentication service. - Increased communication and collaboration capabilities by converted multiple disparate email systems spanning over 80 locations in over 30 countries into a single corporate email system. - Saved over $300,000 annually in lost productivity by increasing email and authentication system up-time over 10% to 99.9%.
