Residential and custom home builder in Idaho, having been in the Treasure Valley since 1978. Provided construction management services from drafting/design, estimating, bidding, supervision, etc. Also did remodeling, additions, light commercial, and cabins. This is my father's company and I partnered with him until Avimor was in a position to hire me back.

Liaison of Aspire to Select Portfolio Servicing (SPS) - National REO repairs coordinator. Aspire Design Center has been the nation's largest remodeling company according to Remodeling Magazine. We focused on renovating bank-owned properties. We repaired these homes fast getting them back on the market much more quickly than the real estate agent coordinated repairs. As a primary user, I helped develop a web-based management tool. Using this tool we reduced cycle times down to 21 days, improved communication between field teams and management, and improve tracking for our clients. In the Spring of 2012, the REO repair business model wasn't as helpful and SPS reduced the numbers of homes they were repairing. Due to this slow down and out of respect for my friend the owner of Aspire Design, I voluntarily left his position to move back to Idaho to begin work with my father's company.

Secured new builder contracts. Marketing included creating the company website and flyers. I also provided labor as needed for paver patios and pool surrounds. This was temporary and part-time work with my good friend Dan Baird between jobs after SunCor closed in March 2010.
