Sysorex provides locationing capability for cellular devices as well as wifi and bluetooth. We have two broad plays. The first is in the area of mobile security and data loss prevention, the second in the emerging geo-marketing space. Our security play cuts across all verticals while our geo marketing is focused on retail, events and event destinations, hospitality, casinos etc.We address two distinct opportunities on the security side. The first is using Air Patrols Zone Defense to identify and locate a wireless device in a secure or restricted area. Air Patrol has integrated with most of the major MDM, This now allows a customer to push mobile policy out to a device based on location and context within a facility. Our AirPatrol for Retail solution is focused on the retail/hospitality sector. With Cellular, wifi and Bluetooth Sysorex is uniquely positioned to play a key role in this area. For example, we provide the ability to monitor consumer flow within a mall generating big data for analysis by mall owners. With the blue tooth capability we can also work at the store level identifying things like dwell time, traffic patterns, impact of internal advertising and product positioning, loyalty programs etc. Very, very powerful stuff.

OSL delivers rostering solutions (time and attendance) to Police, Fire, and other Public Safety organizations.Was responsible for all sales activities. Within three years OSL became the prime supplier of time and attendance software within larger Ontario based Police Forces

Launched Smart Telecom as a provider of real time and histroical solutions focused on the SME call center market.

JuxtaComm was a start up. Delivered integration software solutions to address growing e-business opportunities.

Responsible for ALL marketing intiatives. Milyway developed security firewalls, intrusion detection software and virtual private networks.

SCI sold PCMCIA encryption and authentication tokens. Used to protect data resident on lap top computers and as an authentication device.

Launched Telular as a wireless data play. Raised over $30 million in three stages. Early seed funding - $1 million, IPO funding $15 million, Post IPO funding $18 million.Developed and managed wireless channels that included, Ameritech Mobile, AGT Mobile, Bell Mobility.

Built US Distribution Channel

Responsible for development of ISD Division within Mitel. Built product portfolio for direct sales team including voice mail, wiring and cabling alternatives, trader turrets etc. Assisted sales in closing large opportunties and served as liason between Mitel and major customers. Delivered advance sales training and mentoring.

Responsible for consulting services provided by Angus Telemanagement Canada's leading telecom consulting firm. Sat on the Board of the Society of Telecommunciations Consultants in NYC.Instrumental in the development of the Telecommunications Program at Sheriden College in Toronto.developed and taught a number of industry specific training seminars.
