Mr. Kolb has an extensive background leading strategic initiatives involving technology, acquisitions, operations, and audit spanning the healthcare, finance, military and government industries. Mr. Kolb is an energetic leader known for his ability to lead and develop highly-productive and cohesive teams. He has diverse industry and functional expertise in information technology, project and risk management. Mr. Kolb has a history of leading business process improvements at the strategic and tactical level. He has held management roles in small projects up to and including enterprise initiatives along with contract Director, VP and C-Level positions. Mr. Kolb has lead combat operations, supported high-level acquisition strategies, managed programs of diverse project teams, implemented solution applications, deployed new business processes, developed new business and conducted audits of government and civilian programs. Mr. Kolb has extensive experience in working with federal government agencies, large Fortune 500 companies and mid-size businesses. A veteran of the US Army, Mr. Kolb deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom with the 101st Airborne Division (AASLT). His military decorations include the Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster and coveted Ranger tab.
