Robert has over 25 years of experience in the software development industry. In the year 2004, Robert was already involved in the development of the first Siemens Mobile 3G phone after which he eventually moved, late 2008, to the App developing company Service2Media. As a Project Manager, Robert became responsible for the large accounts. He achieved very successful results for accounts like Telegraaf Media Group, Hyves, AJAX, Rabobank, CNN, Marco Borsato and Al Jazeera Network and was able to established long term relationships. In 2010, Robert received the role of Director Professional Services for the Professional Service department within Service2Media with locations in the Netherlands, Ukraine and UAE. In 2012 Robert started Move4Mobile together with Jan Gerard Gerrits en Henri Jurjens. As CEO he was able to let the company grow from 3 to over 80 people. Together with his management team, Robert created a strong ‘mobile first’ company with a ‘let’s get it done’ mentality. Currently Move4Mobile is serving customers like ENGIE, Ohra, PLUS Retail, Rabobank, ASSET Rail and Timing but also international customers like Hakrinbank, Sonova and Plantronics. In February 2022, Move4Mobile and M2mobi merged and became the largest Dutch mobile agency. As of november they continue together under the name Move Agency.
