I am passionate about translating research into real-world applications. At nFrontier, I led the engineering team in delivering R&D solutions for industry leaders such as BMW, Airbus, and Sekisui. I applied agile coordination between the design, engineering, and animation teams to achieve successful product integrations on time.Prior to to nFrontier, I directed the LEROSH robotics research project at werk5 (in collaboration with the DRL and Fraunhofer Institute), focusing on empowering artisans with AI-driven robotic sanding and grinding technology. Leveraging my expertise in human-computer interaction, I created interfaces for craftsmen to operate robots with their fingertip.During my phd, I developed large-scale 3D printing systems, designed metamaterial mechanisms, and created haptic devices for VR under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Patrick Baudisch at the Hasso Plattner Institute. Throughout my career, I've contributed to several publications, patents and grant proposals, and have been recognized with multiple awards.
