I love developing software companies and have worked as a mentor for various international blue chips where I specialize in establishing a clear vision and a proper backlog as the base for future development. I love to challenge entire industries and at the moment my focus is to create a SaaS category leader using machine learning to automate traditional processes hoping to change the game. Earlier I had my my own ISV in Bangalore, India (135+ headcount) which where sold to the Kongsberg Group in 2012 and are now counting more than 350 developers. I have created and sold several tech companies and mentored some of the largest software projects in the Nordics. My customers includes big international players like Baker Hughes, BP and Kongsberg.
