I have spent over twenty-five years in the industrial real estate and logistics industries. During that time, I have developed a wealth of knowledge in real estate including leasing, purchasing and redevelopment. In the logistics sector I have extensive expertise in third-party logistics operations, site start-ups, pricing, equipment financing, contract negotiation and new business development. Throughout my career in real estate and logistics, I have always believed that by putting the customer first, all parties benefit from the relationship. This has resulted in many long-lasting partnerships. In my current role at Phoenix Logistics, I play a part in overseeing the company's day-to-day operations as well as corporate strategy development. I also am active in the multi-family real estate industry through my own companies; J.H.D. Properties and Red Sunset Property Management. My academic background includes an MBA and Doctorate in Law. I am a licensed CPA and a current member of the Wisconsin Bar. In my spare time, I pursue my passions of geopolitics, foreign affairs, travel and collecting street art.
