Here, I strategically directed the corporate compliance and risk management group, which encompassed cyber security testing, fraud investigations, government policy, IT auditing, forensic accounting, M&A due diligence, and predictive analytics. I instrumentally contributed to organizational growth, by leveraging my expansive global network at C-level in global corporations to drive new client acquisition initiatives. Additionally, I delivered expert testimony regarding technical specifications of ERP software on behalf of plaintiffs in class action wage and hour dispute with a Fortune 500 retailer, in a case challenging the objectivity of an RFP evaluation.

At this time, I was chairing technology initiatives for Time, Inc. and Time Warner Corporate, promoting business transformation and change management impacting the CRM, A/R, billing, G/L, and HR. Additionally, I directed the Internet Services group providing Time titles to AOL. I also managed the Emerging Technologies, Digital Asset Management, and Intranet Group.◆ Orchestrated $50M+ in capital projects in 2 years, holding senior accountability for project planning resource management, solution development, and deployment of custom systems, ERP tools, consolidate reporting tools, and SEC reporting.◆ Championed initiative to automate 250 magazine titles globally with new CRM solution, which required harmonizing cross-functional leaders and building consensus regarding retiring legacy systems.

I provided key leadership over the firm’s 1st digital asset management and publishing practice, articulating vision and activating charter. This consultancy recruited me to strategically direct the media and publishing practice. I drove $10M in new business in 2 years, though expert market segmentation, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership tactics. We consistently captured high profile engagements when we launched the National Information Communication Center for the entire newspaper industry, to promote standardization in ad order entry and billing.

I advanced through a series of increasingly responsible roles, to establish the Times’ 1st process reengineering function. I spearheaded the $103M PeopleSoft implementation, leading solution design, rollout, and change management. We captured 18% ROI in 5 years following that launch. Previously, I held titles in IS audit and corporate controllership.
