I was tasked with two main tasks as an IT Support Specialist - to troubleshoot any technical problems in the office, and also to support Data Services with SQL script transformations. As part of supporting everyone at the office, I'd communicate with everyone in the office to troubleshoot any issues they were having, and provide technical advice. With my work on Data Services, I ran and debugged over 50 SQL scripts, generating tables for use in audits for 5 clients.

I was part of a small team tasked with handling the planning of the logistics for one of the biggest student-led conferences in Canada. As part of the team, I helped develop route maps and transitions for groups to execute to minimize confusion during transitions. I trained a group of 15 volunteers on the main layout and routing for the conference. During the conference, I also coordinated with a small executive team to oversee transitions and ensured everything went smoothly

Being a design/mechanical department lead meant overseeing both the teaching of new members, as well as coordinating any aspects of the design with other departments while building the robot. I co-created and taught 3d modeling curriculum to successfully prepare design team members for FIRST robotics competition. As an outreach department leader, I mainly coordinated activities that spread awareness about STEM and our robotics team. I communicated between the robotics team and school council to secure funding and approval for main outreach events. I helped organize a "Robotics Scavenger Hunt" by coordinating between volunteers and media team to create posters and dress up the robot for the event
