Ran my web design agency producing work for The Guardian (UK), Drambuie (UK), 888.com (UK) and clients in Japan such as Nissan and JVC. Did beautiful work (e.g. The Guardian's Katine and Greenham projects) and learned a lot about making a small team work well.

As Digital Design Director at Enterprise IG I oversaw the creative output of the Digital team in this global branding agency. This involved the challenge of building up a small team into a respected offering, educating the agency about the potential role of Digital and presenting work to a wide variety of clients, often high up in global corporations. The work ranged from installations, to websites, to email, to brand guidelines. Clients included Vodafone, Castrol, Deloitte, Learning Skills Council, Unilever, London Development Authority

Took on web design and development projects both in the UK and internationally, for L'Oreal and London's Burlington Arcade for example.

Worked at a number of agencies including Tribal DDB, Syzygy, Tequila\, Enterprise IG on mainly Actionscript projects such as multiplayer flash games, microsites, online advertising and content managed dynamic sites.
