G&L Materials is a marine wholesaler of anodized aluminum piping, marine pads, t-top materials and many more parts essential to boat manufacturers, fabricators, and DIY builders. Oversaw all finance operations and implemented technology solutions for inventory, payroll, and accounting.G&L Materials was acquired by Eastern Metal Supply (a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital) in 2022.

Hands on finance leader with duties spanning controllership and financial planning and analysis and including board reporting, founder engagement, and management team responsibilities.

Presided over the financial performance of the company’s largest corporate shared services areas (Clinical, HR, IT, Operations); approximately $400M annual budget. During my tenure, Beacon Health Options was acquired by the nation's second largest insurer, Anthem, in March 2020. Prior to acquisition, Beacon was a Bain Capital and Diamond Castle private equity portfolio company and the largest, private behavioral health company in America.Strategic partner to C-suite leaders.

Formulated, executed, and reconciled the $40M budget for Northeast Coast Guard operations; supported 8 aircraft, over 200 boats, and 9,000 personnel across eight states. Coordinated, directed, and prioritized funds for 115 cost centers as the senior finance expert, including quarterly and annual closeouts across two general ledgers.

One of 14 individuals selected for resident graduate training through a competitive board of senior officers.

Led the largest department onboard a 378’ ship; responsible for day-to-day management, training, safety, and evaluation of 58 personnel. Oversaw operation, training, and maintenance of a $3 million weapons system, administration of $100,000 annual budget; project manager for multi-month complete system de-militarization upon the ship’s sale to the Navy of the Philippines.

Led a division of five people on a 270' ship. Navigated the first ship into devastated Port-au-Prince Bay, Haiti eight hours following the 2010 7.0 magnitude earthquake.
