Developing and implementing a national strategy which includes an emphasis on identifying potential sales outlets, developing high level relationships, securing placement in retail stores, and developing private label programs. In addition to sales development, advise on design issues and potential changes.

Founded and managed this retail fine jewelry store which was a centerpiece of West Hartford Center commerce and culture for its 22 years. The store was known for its dazzling custom designs, stunning visual merchandising and an exceptional level of individualized service to its clientele. Won five state of Connecticut design competitions and one national award, through Connecticut Retail Jewelers and Jewelers of America.Served as President of the West Hartford Business Association for ten years (1996-2006), helping to provide leadership during the town's successful planning and implemention of Blue Back Square. Raised many hundreds of thousands of dollars for charitable and philanthropic causes.
