Collaborate and guide system administrator through use of new vulnerability scanning tools, which significantly reduced risk to law firm by transitioning to monthly internal vulnerability scanning. Coordinated annual external vulnerability and penetration test of network infrastructure and system endpoints. Defined new Microsoft Endpoint Manager requirements for personal devices access to law firm’s systems further reducing risk. Implemented Meraki multi-site SD-WAN between law offices. Defined new password management policy and implement software solution throughout the law firm, while continuing education about social engineering and sophisticated phishing. Led the immediate technology transition of users from on-premise operations to work-from-home in March 2020 due to COVID-19.
