I write, curate, and maintain various forms of content, communications, and documentation for our Executive Leadership Team supporting internal Chief of Staff office. I've overseen communication endeavors both big and small, from spear-heading email exchange projects involving multiple clients such as UPS, Apple, IBM and Lenovo down to individual exchanges between a single bookseller and her online clientele. I believe that all forms of communication content can be enhanced with a good strategy behind it.I am adept at copy composition, content management (of processes, documents, emails, templates, etc.) proofreading, and teaching peers how to better their own writing in the workplace. I have a strong technical command of the English language and am familiar with various forms of writing styles for technical, marketing, creative, and academic purposes. I have an interest in helping processes, documents, and other forms of content become more accessible to audiences with several different backgrounds and needs.
