Color T.V. AnalyzerI was responsible for the component level repair of defective field return colortelevisions. I filled out required daily repair data reports. I read schematics, usedoscilloscopes, digital multi meters, and video and audio signal generators, and verifiedthat the units met all normal operating, and safety specifications. Reason for leaving: TV manufacturing jobs have too many layoffs, as well as jobs slowlybeing shifted to other countries.

I did component level repair of defective field return units. I filled out required dailyrepair data reports. I am capable of reading schematics, using oscilloscopes, and analogor digital multi meters. I have experience in the removal and replacement of discreetelectronic devices. I verified that all units met all normal operating, and safetyspecifications. Reason for leaving: I left a temporary job with no benefits for a permanent job withbenefits.

I did component level repair of defective production line color televisions, rear screen projection televisions, and direct view LCD projectors. I quickly diagnosed malfunctions, performed repairs, and returned units to the production line. I identified trends and reported to management recurring problems to support corrections in the manufacturing process. I assisted with training of production line employees, performed emergency maintenance to various machines to keep production running. I managed a group of approximately 25 employees in the production of large screen direct view televisions. I received awards for outstanding attendance, for being a special quality employee, and won first place in a Quality Improvement Suggestion contest. Reason for Leaving: The TV production at Sharp was moved to Mexico. All employees with 10 years of service or more were offered a job buyout package to leave Sharp's

I received customer orders from the sales office, and went to the proper warehouse item location and pulled the correct number of items continuing the process until the complete customer order was filled. I also have experience in the packaging, and weighing of the customer order for shipment. I filled out the truck bill of lading using the proper freight classifications, and staged the order on the shipping dock for pickup by the correct truck line. I also have experience restocking the shelves, moving materials using both manual and motorized pallet jacks, and doing inventory on a regular basis.Reason for Leaving: I was offered a job at a start-up manufacturing company that had more room for advancement.
