I am an operations executive with experience managing multiple manufacturing sites, global supply chains, product development teams, and industrial and aerospace sales organizations. As a design engineer, I brought to market several successful new products and am the inventor on five US patents. I Initiated a lean manufacturing program in early 2005 that drove a turnaround in financial and operational performance. The plant was awarded the NC Governor's Award for Workforce Development in 2006. Financial performance improved from an operating loss in 2003 and 2004 to a double digit return on sales in 2006.
