STREET FACTORY x EVOLUTION FRESH•Managed a mobile, promotional activation to engage Los Angeles communities with a natural soda alternative. Oversaw teams of several brand ambassadors and inventory coordinators to ensure effective guest engagement, product feedback, demographic statistics, expenses/reimbursement, and adherence to safety/labor laws.•Maintained travel logs, upkeep, and stock of a food truck, box truck, and refrigerated trailer while driving to/operating activations in Santa Monica, Venice, The Original Farmers Market, Sylmar, Valencia, Pasadena, and Bakersfield. (Certifications with DOT and CA Food & Bev.)•Connected retailers with brand to forge alternative partnerships and distribution avenues including independent restaurant owners, newsstands, boutique grocers, and recreational organizations.•Composed daily reports for producing team containing detailed breakdowns of overall activation attendance, guest interactions, type of product distributed, environmental conditions, and overall reaction to the product in varying contexts.•Constructed/deconstructed activation components including truck adornments, roof fixtures, foliage walls for photos, canvas banners, artificial stretches of lawn, a leisure area consisting of furniture, lawn games, and media/product displays.
