-- Lead a successful 3 year $6 million USD project with Google to provide aerial imagery and LiDAR surface models. Delivered full 3D building and city models for 50+ of the largest cities in the US for their new product, GoogleEarth™. This product set the standard for all online mapping applications, and most recently formed the foundation of smart LBS mobile and Augmented Reality apps. -- Multiple international experiences as Product/Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME) include multiple turn-key programs in New Delhi, India; Dublin, Ireland; Tianjin, China. Also performed various business development and strategic partnerships opportunities to Pretoria, South Africa for Safety and Security, Mexico City, Policía Federal (PF), New Delhi Parliament Security, New Delhi, India among others. -- Worked closely throughout the development process on projects between a variety of internal teams including engineering, marketing, PR, creative, customer support, and executives. Built consensus and communication between teams using product requirements document (PRD) and marketing requirements document (MRD).-- Software product design and management of development staff for Sanborn Prism4D™ (formerly CityViz), and 3D GIS system for linking static information from cities infrastructure into a visually dynamic interface for the user. Responsibilities’ included collecting customer needs assessment, document and communicate software design requirements, and support development of all related software products.

-- Sole on-site lead Project Manager for the design, development and implementation of a 3D-AVL GIS/Visualization system for the police command center in Dubai, UAE. Project valued at $2.5 million USD. Moved onsite for 30 months. -- Responsibilities included the management of the high resolution aerial imagery collection, GPS control, photogrammetric feature extraction, building database creation, 3D modeling, systems integration and user experience, through to delivery of the largest and most detailed 3D city model (unclassified, circa 2004), which set the standard for integration of a 3D geospatial immersive experience inside a police command center.-- Responsible for management of 25 – 30 associates in Dubai and communication to remaining global team partners. Final implementation included training of 300+ police officers ranging from call takers/dispatchers to duty officers. Operations included the mapping of events and analysis of events over time, video surveillance and analytics, and AVL.

-- Created the product specifications and conversion process for Sanborn CitySets®. CitySets resulted in the highest accurate commercially available geospatial basemap for 40+ US Cities.-- Lead the technical production team that enhanced the CitySets product based on Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Urban 133 Cities Program with an added 10+ locations and increased area of interest projects. Included utilization of satellite and aerial platforms, and collected DHS designated Sights Of Interest (SOI).-- Solely responsible for producing NHD HUCs to USGS at rapid and high quality with low client rejection rate after completing training for USGS production in Rolla, MO at Mid-Continent Mapping Center for National Hydrographic Dataset (NHD) and Digital Elevation Models (DEM). At end of the project trained other associates to support increased NHD product production.

-- Technical CAD-to-GIS and GIS-to-CAD conversion of city utilities and facilities assets. Included raster manipulation, utility and facility infrastructure feature vector creation, full topology assurance, and delivery of complete CAD and GIS databases. -- Recognized for developing new methods for image rubber-sheeting and warping resulting in improved mosaics and production improvement.-- Assigned Palo Alto, Ca conversion program and ultimately transferred on-site for program finalization. Included the conversion of all cable, coax, and new fiber optic infrastructure to geospatial accurate vector databases. Assigned developers’ scripts and tools for production improvement. Completed program successfully; -- Systems included AutoCad r12,14, ESRI 7.x, DAX, MSFT products
