My practice comprises international and complex commercial transactions and related litigation with case management from intake to post-trial phase. I am a seasoned litigator with involvement in over 85+ matters and 6+ trials over the course of six years. I have taken and defended 50+ depositions. As an Assistant Attorney General, I recovered consumer restitution and fines in 20+ cases within jurisdiction of Harris, Travis, Fort Bend, and Austin counties. I exercised management over a full case load and civil docket from initial investigations through post-trial proceedings and settlements. I litigated several trials over approximately 2.5 years with specialization in e-discovery.Key Case and Results:State of Texas v. Petroleum Wholesale, L.P., et al.Role: Second Chair • Results: $54 Million verdict with $2.6 Million in attorney’s fees.■  Successfully participated in four-attorney team and managed 3 million e-discovery documents throughout eight week civil trial.■  Performed direct and cross examination of witnesses on behalf of the State.$750,000.00 in aggregate restitution recovery and $250,000.00 in fines for numerous Texas agencies.■  Successfully represented the Texas Department of Agriculture, Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services, and Texas Department of State Health Services in a broad range of civil consumer matters.

In my first attorney position, I gained experience through intensive legal research, drafting, and document editing within probate court; responsible for preparing various civil pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, and attending routine hearings.
