Human Capital Consulting Project

• Build and maintain successful relationships with both Clients and Stakeholders• Communicate with new and existing clients regarding Financial Planning, Investment Opportunities & Retirement goals• Assist in the formulation and implementation of Risk Mitigation and Wealth Management Strategies• Prepare Client reports, documents and present information to Clients in clear and concise manner• Coordinate and participate in meetings with investors, identifying potential synergies and facilitating the transmission and exchange of information, subsequently making sure action items are accomplished within timelines• Thrive in entrepreneurial and fast paced environment, supporting various departments and collaborating with team members to complete various projects and resolve every day challenges • Responsible for creating Project Management infrastructure, create Workflows and streamline various procedures, resulting in an increase of efficiency and organization of the firm

• Create process flow charts of the various Aftermarket team procedures, assisting current and future team members develop a rapid understanding of the various standard operating procedures • Responsible for developing SharePoint infrastructure as a central means of communication for the Aftermarket team, streamlining communications and data sharing among team members • Responsible for Automating Aftermarket sales metrics which provided management instant access to Metrics, resulting in more efficiency and rapid decision making based on data analysis • Responsible for creating stage cycle report, which reported turnaround time of Aftermarket orders and helped management determine potential problem areas

• Process Multi-State Payroll for over 15 Retail stores and 7 Corporate departments (200+ Employees) • Prepare and present Bi-Weekly analytical payroll report, monitoring payroll expense & identifying departments not staying within forecasted budget• Serve as a liaison between Accounting, Operations & HR Department, Resolve Employee Relation & Performance issues, respond to Accounting questions and direct & assist Store Managers in Human Resources matters• Update Employee Personnel files, process New Hires, Transfers, Salary Changes, PTO, Benefits, Written Warnings, Direct Deposits, Terminations and Wage Garnishments• Communicate with Employees regarding personal HR questions as needed• Report to and assist CFO with Accounting Audits and special projects as needed• Record Payroll and Health insurance journal entries in Accounting software

• Code and enter payables into system once internal guidelines have been followed (500+ weekly Invoices)• Communicate with receiving department and vendors regarding orders, discrepancies and credit terms• Reconcile cash and Credit Card transactions, maintaining accurate monthly information on all cash accounts• Record journal entries. Prepared daily deposits and maintained vendor files• Reviewed and Processed Employee expense reports. (50+ Bi-weekly Expense Reports)• Reported to and assisted CFO with special projects
