During my time in the Global Operations Learning & Development PMO, I managed a portfolio of projects at the intersection of innovation, learning technology, and talent development. I was project manager creating and implementing the organization’s flagship program, Operations Leader Onboarding, a comprehensive and integrated seven-week leadership training for newly hired and newly promoted front-line managers. ■ In my first months at Amazon, I was nominated for an award for my support for a short-notice project to migrate more than 2,800 surveys and response data from 6 separate legacy accounts into two new enterprise accounts ensuring that valuable data was not lost when the legacy accounts were sun-downed. ■ I guided the development and then maintained the PMO vision, strategy, and project/program SMART metrics in Smartsheet as the mechanism for executive reporting.

Led 33 senior experts delivering full spectrum logistics for nine installations, 31K personnel, 590 aircraft & 60+ types of Command, Control, & Communications systems. Developed & refined policy for material management, distribution, fuels, vehicle operations & maintenance, & airlift■ Initiated & delivered on a portfolio of 174 high-impact projects mapped to corporate priorities. Voting member of the Air Force team charged with deliberate development of 1258 officers in order to meet organizational requirements. Provided oversight, guidance & development during the tactical, operational, and strategic periods of an individual’s career by providing a series of deliberate and rewarding challenges in education, leadership development, employee training & assignments. ■ Worked directly with officers, the assignment team, & commanders to develop customer insight & empathy so that development work would work for both the USAF & the members.■ Engaged the community of interest to communicate strategic messages, & market future opportunities.

Galvanized a team of 440 personnel. Ensured the readiness of technical teams & $347M worth of rapidly deployable equipment used to establish, sustain, & recover austere bases across the globe.■ Executed a $5.4M annual O&M budget. Modified resource plan to include “Best Use of Next Available Dollar” analysis to prioritize $4.7M backlog & deliver key capabilities in a tight fiscal environment.■ Systems Review Board & General Officers' Steering Group member. Liaised with Program Management Office, systems engineers, & vendors to shape $1.3B modernization program. ■ Conducted 5S, Kaizen events. CDSS is the senior educational institution of the Australian Defence College. It is responsible for providing Australian and overseas participants with the knowledge and skills required to operate at the strategic level in a complex and modern security environment.Course Outcomes: The objectives of the DSSC include enhancing the ability of Course Members to: - provide timely and effective advice to Government - apply military power to achieve strategic objectives, and - develop and sustain military capability to meet national objectivesCourse Participants: The course is aimed at senior military and civilian officers who are in or likely to move into strategic command, planning and decision-making roles. The course generally consists of between 42-46 Course Members, half of which come from other countries in the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, North America and the Middle East, particularly those that share Australia's interests. They add an important dimension to the consideration of the complex international issues that face decision-makers in the strategic, defence and security spheres.

Senior fuels advisor to United States Forces Japan. Led a staff of ten in supporting 108 activities. Oversaw 16 major storage & distribution complexes holding 509M gallons of petroleum valued at $469M. Worked closely with Japanese industry & government in executing nine agreements & contracts worth $253M.
