Management and acquisition of co-generation projects (organic (Capex up to €20 M, contract revenue up to € 220 Mill) as well as M&A - up to €20 Mill) combining power, heat, cooling, compressed air to a combined wholistic energy solution for high end industrial energy users (mainly automotive, food, paper, process and chemical industries).Key success:Win of a contract bid (revenue in excess of €100 Mill) in competition with 8 further international energy contractors.

Re-orgnisation of all project departments within the company.Analysis, benchmark and conceptualisation of Project Management Methodologies based on PMBoK.

Responsible for Asset Management philosophies for gas regulator stations in NSW and ACT. Total asset value approx. $1.5 billion.Development of asset management plans and 20 year strategic plans.Identification of improvement potentials and formulation of projects to implement these. Savings identified and implemented in 2008 approx. $1.5 million/year.

Responsibility for all assets in the Customer Engineering department in Australia and NZ (approx. A$50 million).Responsibility for the gas vessel refurbishment workshop with a yearly budget of A$1.5 million and 6 staffFunctional leadership of the 6 regional maintenance planners of the department.SAP-PM responsibility for the department as master user, initiator of changes and customisations as well as troubleshooter.Responsibility to supply gas tanks to all customer projects.Responsible for purchasing of all major assets in the department

Planning of assembly lines for the new automated 7-gear transmission for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars C- to S-class. This included feasability analyses, preparation of specifications, vendor evaluations and recommendation.
