A small modern franchise agency within HORECA. Assignments mainly in Digitization, operations, concepts and future scenarios. Worked with clients such as Sibylla, Sen Street Kitchen, Pinchos plus a number of others.

Launched the franchise chain Fafa´s in Sweden. Opened Fafa´s Odenplan and Liljeholmen. Led the process in a joint-venture company together with the parent company in Helsinki and GRS International. Negotiated all Swedish agreements and set up a business, digital systems to handle a chain of 15 units around 2022. Covid-19 meant that I and other owners chose to cancel the launch. Fafa´s is today a dormant brand in Sweden. Fafa´s currently has 40 restaurants in Finland and London

Position as an expert, wrote the report "Norberg - The hospitality industry and Tourism" on behalf of the mayor, which was the basis for a number of different decisions to the municipal board.

Led the board work, during the period SMS went through a transformation regarding owners, management and target group and its technical platform. SMS delivers POS and restaurant processes, has over 200 installations with customers such as Nordrest, COOR and Gothia Towers.

CEO of a subsidiary of Choice Hotels, Cenium in Oslo, which develops business systems specifically for hotels based on Microsoft NAV.

Recruited to Clarion Hotel Stockholm during construction. Worked with everything from launching a new brand on the market, recruitment and strategies for optimisation. When opening the hotel, my role was “Operations Manager”. Led a staff of around 75 people with a very mixed background, who worked with booking, conference, cleaning and reception. The hotel has 532 rooms and 950 beds. I then became a business developer for the central optimisation and distribution unit that was started for Choice Hotels Sweden.

Was recruited to the position of Revenue Manager to Sweden's leading hotel group. The tasks were mainly to optimize revenues for the units Grand Hôtel and Berns Hotel & Salonger.
