As an Applications Integration Engineer (Developer & Business Analyst), I was responsible for the entire development life cycle for large enterprise class IVR solutions. Wiltel Communications provided telecommunications services. The division that I worked for provided professional services. In January of 1999 the company was rebranded as Williams Communications Solutions, a joint venture of Williams Communications Group and Northern Telecom.

Administered a Sun/Solaris Internet connected network. Developed DBMS systems using Microsoft Access. Developed and maintained applications using Lotus Notes. Provide technical support to staff. Install, configure and maintained system software.

In July 1997, the division of Nortel I was hired into was sold and merged with Williams to form Wiltel Communications. This merger occurred during my first monthly of employment.

Assisted in the management of a 120+ node local area network with an Internet connection. Developed custom software for system and user maintenance using Perl, ksh, and other UNIX tools. Installed, configured and maintained system software. Also responsible for implementing network security.

Managed a 50+ node local area network with an Internet connection. Developed custom software to provide access to key network resources to the public. Provided technical support to faculty and staff.
